How we work
Psynchronous is a full-service marketing partner offering agency-of-record, consulting, and select project engagements.
We believe in developing a foundational understanding of our clients, which typically entails in-person visits, in-depth stakeholder meetings, and close collaboration.
We meet clients at all stages, from start-ups to those decades into their mission. Engagements typically begin with a substantive discussion of goals and needs, followed by interviews and information gathering to assess the program, its milieu, its regional environment, and its practices before proposing services.
We are strategically and media-agnostic, approaching new client engagements with an open mind, rather than a tactical checklist.
Psynchronous believes in fostering openness and shared thinking. We take a no-pressure approach that includes meeting and talking with new folks, even if we don’t work together. So please be in touch!
Kris Washington
Founder
Psynchronous founder Kris Washington leads productive client relationships and insightful strategic planning that help clients meet a wide range of goals and overcome barriers. He is a passionate collaborator who actively listens to clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities that yield more persuasive, effective, and efficient marketing initiatives. His experience in traditional advertising, integrated marketing, and enterprise clients at leading agencies in NYC and Boston provides Kris with a grounded perspective and an expansive toolkit with which to advise clients.
Kevin Zundl
Founder
Kevin Zundl helped to found Psynchronous nearly 25 years ago after working at large advertising agencies including Arnold Worldwide to help prominent brands such as Verizon, JetBlue, and Royal Caribbean. For the last 18 years, Kevin has a focus on leading brand development and marketing communications campaigns in the behavioral health category. He is passionate about alumni services and is a board member of TPAS. He also served on the boards of 10,000 Beds, ATMO, and the Colorado Coalition of Treatment Providers.
