What would be tastier on your slog of a morning commute than a "muffwhich"? That's right - split a big, moist, fresh muffin of your choice horizontally - separating cap from stem - and fill with melty cheese, fluffy egg, and bacon, ham or sausage... mmmmm..... Is it good for us? Absolutely not. Would people buy and eat them? Absolutely. Open to sophomoric humor? You betcha. But with fried beer a big hit at the 2010 Texas State Fair, I think the muffwich is in safe territory. Maybe we should recommend this to some people we know...
