Background:
Prism Analytical Laboratories is expert at using advanced technical methods to determine the presence of chemical compounds in air samples. Having worked in the industrial compliance market for years, Prism realized the need for a consumer air test capability and developed Home Air Test - a home test kit capable of detecting over 400 VOCs and other potentially harmful chemicals in home air. After a test period, the company determined commercial viability and invested in marketing to realize a step-function improvement in sales. They sought marketing partners and selected Psynchronous.
Psynchronous Role:
Prism came to us with the request to build a better website to improve purchase conversion. We determined through discussion that first we needed to better productize the Home Air Check device from a piece of esoteric technology (literally a black box) into a consumable Brand. We devised and conducted a two-phased initial process that started with Branding the product. After research and stakeholder interviews, we created a new identity for Home Air Check marked by a critical shift in messaging from fear-based to aspirational core messaging. The second phase was embodying the new product in a transactional website that is the product's primary sales channel. The Drupal website has increased conversions, and makes testing promotions and adding products substantially faster and easier than its prior iteration. Our ongoing work with Home Air Check is conducting "test & measure" media planning to achieve the highest rate of sales at the lowest cost. We will use conventional media as well as network-enabled media to meet aggressive growth goals. From first meeting to new website was approximately 8 weeks.

Background:
We've had the pleasure of working with Spyraflo for the past 6 successful years. This Georgia-based manufacturer is the sole patent-holder and maker of self-clinching, self-aligning bearings. Their wide range of standard and custom bearings solve problems for engineers around the world and their bearings are featured in everything from the Mayback super-car to the MRAP personnel carrier, to ladders and lawn mowers. Spyraflo is an innovative marketer in a world of boring widgets. Using its unique qualities to outplace much larger competitors, Spyraflo has managed to steadily increase share and innovate along the way.

Psynchronous helps Spyraflo in a number of ways. We started with a new web presence that did justice to their beautifully-designed products with a Teutonic, clean site design and gorgeous CGI product images and video. Over the years, we have helped Spyraflo develop animations that make their unique value clear, helped them implement e-commerce for its product samples to turn costs into profits, and automated marketing to increase frequency while reducing cost. Working closely together, Client and agency continue to develop new and effective means of marketing this unique product.

Background:
Amphenol Alden Products was our first Client and we're still going strong 10 years later. This business unit located in Brockton, MA designs and manufactures entire medical interconnect solutions and cable assemblies. When we started with Alden they were an independent third-generation company. Today they are part of Amphenol - the global leader in interconnect products with over 100 independent operating business units and $4 billion in revenue.
Psynchronous Role:
Throughout the years, Psynchronous has helped Alden Products position itself for acquisition, supported innumerable sales efforts, generated award-winning print advertising, build deep websites and custom website functionalities, helped devise new brands to reach new markets and more. We were instrumental in Alden's reach into the medical market and helped strategize and create the Amphenol Medical Solutions brand. Our lose relationship with Alden opened the doors to a relationship with Amphenol Corporation when they purchased Alden Products. We were the first to help Amphenol create a singular point-of-presence for the entire company and all of its business units. Today's Amphenol.com is a reflection of the company's wish to give investors, stakeholders and others a simple, clean and well-engineered overview of the company's offerings to its many markets. And too, provide easy access for engineers to quickly find the appropriate business unit to meet their needs. Our work with Amphenol and its subsidiaries has been heavily focused on targeted lead generation. The programs we have enacted have collected literally thousands of high quality leads and directed these to specific sales staff. The automated marketing we've put in place maximizes the value of Amphenol's media investment and perpetually feeds its pipeline.
